I previously purchased a ticket for an event that didn’t take place but was organised by the old owners. Can I have a refund?

RaceNation Events purchased some of the assets from Rough Runner Limited and not their whole business. We did not receive any funds or ticket sales from any previous events and so, unfortunately, although we would love to help, we can not offer you a refund. 

We understand that all ticket holders and suppliers that may have been owed money were contacted by the liquidators of Rough Runner Limited in November 2020. We did not get sight of these communications but if you would like to register for any refunds, unfortunately, you must contact the administrators directly using the contact information they would have shared with you when announcing the closure of that business. 

Alternatively, you may be able to speak to your bank to see if there is anything they can do to help to recover lost funds.
